Timeframes

All of our pieces are handmade in house to the highest quality standards, and are often also made to your measurements.  This process takes time and great care, which is why couture millinery pieces have a production timeframe of 20-30 business days.  This is production time only and delivery times vary depending on location.

RTW pieces are often in stock and ready to post.

Please contact us to request a piece made sooner and we will do our best to meet your needs.  The Spring/Summer season is particularly busy so please place your orders early to secure your booking.

Postage

Postage quotes will be provided upon receipt of your mailing address as costs vary depending on destination.

Each piece is carefully packed inside a hat box for safe delivery.  Please note that some particularly large pieces may not fit the hat boxes; in this instance we will be sure to carefully and securely package your item within a packing box. 

We can accept no responsibility for items lost in the post.
